What are the best ways to reduce the spread of AIDS

Today is world AIDS day the good news is that its reducing in subsaharan Africa but increasing in certain other parts of the world cant the success in Africa be replicated in other parts of the world?

I think Education is the key but there also needs to be more funding to stop mother to baby infections as eventhough this is low it is something that can be easily prevented its sad that it continues eventhough its low.
