Is time travel really possible

I recently saw a documentary on time travel, It claimed that Einstein had claiemed time travel is possible as well as a circular model. what exactly does travel in a cyclic manner have to do with time travel.biggrin.gifconfused:

I heard something in the bermuda traingle that its possible when you travel at there you can get to the destination quicker it dosent have to be time travel i think it speeds up the travel

There are so many movies on time travel so it accounts mainly to fantasy but once i heard a story that ship sailing near the bermuda triangle had disappeared and then come out in a different era and ith was said that the tea and coffee were still hot does antone know anything more about this story as i would love to know more about this incident.

thanks for the replies, i think the Bermuda triangle is the thing that has make it seem like time travel is some what realistic and Shereen i too have heard this story before but im not sure when this occured how many years ahead or backwards they were and according to the program i saw even though time backwards was theoretically possible time travel was likely to be the case, i too would like to know more the story shereen has mentioned if anyone know anything else please mention it here

I think time travel to in an increased speed is possible but i dont its possible to travel backward in time because that can undo so many events

if time travel is possible forward it definitely has to be possible backward and i hate to imagine the physical consequences there are questions we need to ask if this possible do we age backwards or remain the same.
