what factors could effect mushroom spawn from not producing mushroom

I recently had some trouble producing mushroom  from mushroom spawn whereas 1 packet did but the other packets did not what could be wrong any known hitches supressing it growth?

you probably have not considered the spawn bag storage because i think have to be kept out of the fridge for sometimes to respire as it is a living organism did you constantly keep it in the fridge?

The best storage temperature spawn is usually 0 to 2°C as it can be stored for a couple of months this way and Jen is right spawn is a living organism and it probably is not good to keep it in the fridge for too long as this could prbably could keep the spawn at a constant temperature.

There should be 90 - 99% humidity and under aerobic conditions and the temperature should be above 25 degrees were all theese condions maintained properly?
